8. Barbie as the island princess
It tells the story of Princess Rosella who, after surviving a shipwreck, grows up on a deserted island where she is accepted and raised by some animals. Extra points because her songs are a real gem.
7. Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus
If you also had the little purple pegasus toy when you were a child, you know that this tape is unforgettable. The coolest thing about the movie is that Annika, the main character, is not only a princess but she is also an ice skater. The best? 5. Barbie in the Nutcracker
It was released in 2001 and was the first in the Barbie series of computer-animated films. In fact, the dances were captured in motion while some members of the New York City Ballet performed them. Although it’s basically a modernized version of The Nutcracker, it’s still one of the most endearing.

It tells the story of Princess Genevieve, who along with her eleven sisters discovers a secret entrance that leads to a magical world.
