It feels like a happy medium between classic Paramore angstand the incorporation of some influences that we have always had but that we have never exploited. Watching Zac play the drums was one of my favorite memories from the studio. Lyrically, he’s probably self-explanatory. The 24 hour news cycle is impossible to fathom. And I feel a pang of guilt as I tune out to protect my head. The common reaction, or lack of reaction, seems to be dissociation. None of us is innocent of it and who could blame us?
